This site is dedicated to those who must, not always by choice, humble themselves in service to others. This is a collection of the social inigma known as public servitude. It is a tribute to them as too often victims and an awarness of the human condition in it's most intence exposure to the elements of public interacting. It is the intention of this site to make the general public aware of the magnitude of occupational service. With both the good and the bad as a basis we bring you actual stories of interactions between the clerk and the customer. We hope that by doing so the reality of our own actions can bring an awarness of a lack of awarness. We are all guility of thoughts and actions which lack reason and insight and hope that these actual events can help us to use our God given intellect. And with the hope that those enlightening moments can be appreciated fully.

A Gathering

Our desire is to unite both the served and the server, to bring an understanding of our behavior and some efforts to perfect future interacting between that server and the served. This site will be a compilation of experiences between the two and the need to realize the need for respect and understanding in our dealings with each other. We invite everyone to share those experiences here, both good and bad, and that this will enhance our capacity to appreciate and understand.

Having worked in service to others for 14 years it is all but my obligation to share my own personal experiences. I have laughed, cried, angered, detested, envied, loved, respected - a whole spectrum of emotions in dealing with the public. We all have 4 experiences in life we must go through - birth, death, taxes and buy food. My job entails working with the general public 6 days each week in a busy supermarket, sometimes dealing with 150 customers in one day. But this seemingly ordinary job has brought to me patience, respect and understanding of others I did not have before and I think by all of us sharing our experiences in such situations we may all benifit in some positive way. that is the sole intent of this site.

Kraft Foods
There are no real sites I've seen yet that are related to the purpose of this one so I will include some I have found dealing with groceries. I've gone to several manufacture's sites and found offers, coupons, recipes, etc. and thought this would be interesting. Most companies url's have simply the name of the product or company such as www.hershey.com
